1. About GetServio

GetServio is a digital service marketplace that allows customers to submit service needs and eligible independent firms to respond with offers and manage selected jobs.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, GetServio is not the firm performing the underlying work and is not a party to the service agreement between a customer and a selected firm.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

Users must provide accurate information where required and must not impersonate another person or business. Firms are responsible for keeping their profile, contact, service-area and service information accurate. Customers use GetServio as guests without an account or sign-in. Firms use their own accounts.

3. Requests, offers and selection

A request may receive up to three offers. Submitting a request does not guarantee offers. Submitting an offer does not guarantee selection or completion of a job. When real-money payments are disabled, private customer contact details are made available to the selected authorised firm without payment and without a payment deadline for that unlock. Real fees apply only when explicitly enabled for the relevant market and when the amount, currency, taxes and conditions are shown before any payment commitment. A simulation creates no real payment obligation.

4. Firm responsibilities

Each firm is independently responsible for the services it offers and performs, including workmanship, qualifications, permits, licences, insurance, taxes and compliance with applicable law.

5. Country LOCKED operation

GetServio operates with Country LOCKED controls. Country, city, language, service availability, categories and firm access may differ by market. Firms may operate only within the country context assigned to their profile. Location access (GPS) is required to enter the customer marketplace. GetServio determines the country automatically and locks the session to that country. You can then manually select an available city within that country; the country cannot be changed manually.

GetServio may enable, disable or modify market availability where reasonably necessary for security, legal, operational, maintenance or market-selection reasons.

6. Prohibited use

Users must not submit unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening or abusive content; attempt unauthorised access; evade technical controls or rate limits; interfere with the platform; scrape protected data; or misuse another person's contact or identity information. Do not use offer messages or other public content to share contact details or arrange contact outside GetServio in order to bypass the contact-unlock process or any applicable disclosed fee.

7. Photos and submitted content

Users must only upload photographs, text and other content that they are entitled to submit and that is relevant to the requested service. Content may be processed as necessary to operate requests, offers, support, security and dispute-handling functions described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and third-party infrastructure

Online services may experience interruptions, maintenance or errors. GetServio may use maintenance, incident or restricted operating modes where necessary.

GetServio relies on third-party infrastructure for functions such as hosting, authentication, storage, notifications and application distribution, and their availability may affect GetServio functionality.

9. Rights, liability and termination

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by law, GetServio is not responsible for an independent firm's performance of the underlying service while remaining responsible for GetServio's own obligations.

Access may be suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security risk, fraud, legal requirements or material violation of these Terms. Firm profiles and user accounts have separate deletion processes. Deleting a firm profile does not delete the GetServio user account. Full account deletion can be requested through the available GetServio Support process. Privileged administrative accounts require controlled administrative deletion. Where required by law, GetServio provides reasons and information about review or complaint options for content moderation or access restrictions, subject to applicable exceptions. You can contact GetServio Support to request review.

10. Changes and local law

These Terms may be updated when GetServio services, operating rules or legal requirements change. Mandatory local law and any market-specific legal notice or supplemental terms apply where required.
