GETSERVIO LEGAL
Privacy Policy
How GetServio collects, uses, stores and protects personal and device-related information. Last updated: 12 October 2026.
1. Information we process
Depending on how you use GetServio, we may process account and authentication information, email address, telephone number, contact name, firm information, service addresses, postal codes, service request details, offer messages, support messages, photographs submitted with service requests, country and city information, limited device platform information and push-notification tokens. Customers use GetServio as guests without an account or sign-in. Firms use their own accounts.
Location access (GPS) is required to enter the customer marketplace. GetServio determines the country automatically and locks the session to that country. You can then manually select an available city within that country; the country cannot be changed manually. Camera and photo-library access are used only when you choose to add photographs to a service request.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure GetServio, authenticate users, create and manage service requests, connect customers with eligible firms, manage offers and selected jobs, provide support, deliver service notifications, enforce Country LOCKED rules, prevent abuse and fraud, and maintain security and audit records.
3. Legal bases and service providers
Where GDPR or similar law applies, processing may be necessary to perform a contract or take requested pre-contract steps, comply with legal obligations, or support legitimate interests such as platform security, fraud prevention and service reliability. Where consent is required, it may be withdrawn subject to applicable law.
GetServio uses technical providers such as Supabase for authentication, database, storage and server-side functions, and notification infrastructure where required for service delivery.
4. Location, photos and device data
Location access (GPS) is required to enter the customer marketplace. GetServio determines the country automatically and locks the session to that country. You can then manually select an available city within that country; the country cannot be changed manually. Camera and photo-library access are used only when you choose to add photographs to a service request.
If notifications are enabled, GetServio may store a push token and limited platform information needed to deliver service-related notifications.
5. Retention and deletion
Personal data is retained only for as long as needed for the relevant service, account administration, support, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling and legal obligations.
Deleting a firm profile does not delete the GetServio user account. Full account deletion can be requested through the available GetServio Support process. Privileged administrative accounts require controlled administrative deletion.
6. Country LOCKED and security
GetServio separates country, city, language, catalogue and firm access according to Country LOCKED controls. Access controls, row-level security, role-based administration, private storage controls, server-side gateways, rate limits, audit mechanisms and operational monitoring are used to protect information.
No technical system can guarantee absolute security, but GetServio maintains technical and organisational measures intended to reduce unauthorised access, alteration, loss and misuse.
7. Your rights and international processing
Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent where consent is the applicable basis.
Technical providers may process information in jurisdictions different from your country. Where required, GetServio uses lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate contractual or organisational safeguards.
8. Contact and changes
Guests and account holders can submit privacy and personal-data rights requests, including erasure requests, through GetServio Support or privacy@getservio.net. Identity verification may be required where reasonably necessary to protect personal information.
This policy may be updated when services, data practices, legal requirements or technical providers change. Material changes will be reflected in the published policy and communicated where required.
9. Analytics and operational measurement
GetServio may use privacy-minimised first-party analytics to understand traffic, application use and firm performance. The analytics layer may process page paths, approximate country/city/region, device/browser/operating-system information, referrer or UTM campaign information, application-open events and pseudonymous visitor or session identifiers.
Raw IP addresses are not retained in the GetServio traffic analytics tables. Web traffic may use a server-derived pseudonymous identifier; native applications may keep a randomly generated analytics identifier in application storage. These identifiers are not designed to contain an email address, phone number, password, authentication token or ordinary GetServio account ID. Registered traffic may be classified only as guest, registered or firm for aggregate reporting.
Privacy-minimised traffic events and firm opportunity-view analytics are automatically purged after approximately 400 days so that up to 12-month reporting and previous-period comparisons remain available without indefinite traffic-history retention.
